Where the numbers come from

Whatever the plant has today. No new instrumentation is required to start.

The shift spreadsheet

Excel or CSV, in Brazilian format, with a column per parameter or a parameter per row. The agent watches the folder where the sheet is saved and picks up each new version.

The SCADA, over OPC UA

Where there is a PLC or a SCADA, the agent reads the tags directly and on the same schedule. Spreadsheet and OPC UA can feed the same plant.

Your own system

If you already have a historian or a lab system, it can post readings straight to Voima with a key that works for that plant alone.

How it works

    Your plant as a flowsheet

    The same model used to size the plant: units, flows, dosing and the calculations your team already uses. We build the first one together with your engineer.

    The agent sends the readings

    Voima Edge runs on a plant PC, reads the spreadsheet or the OPC UA tags, and sends the values to your plant in Voima. It only sends data out, over an ordinary internet connection.

  3. 3

    The model runs on a schedule

    Each cycle solves the plant with the latest readings, stores the result and compares it with what was measured. The history stays on the flowsheet, ready for the monthly report.

What it gives you

Values no instrument measures

Sludge age, real detention time, applied load, efficiency per unit. Calculated every cycle from the readings the plant already takes.

An alarm when operation drifts

When the measured value and the model separate beyond the tolerance you set, the plant is told. The usual causes are physical: a pump off its curve, a clogged weir, a dosing pump that stopped.

The operation, on the flowsheet

Play a day or a month back over the plant's own diagram and see each number where it happens, instead of reading it off a sheet with thousands of rows.

Reports with the calculation shown

The figures the regulator asks for come from the same model, with every step visible, in the same Voima your team already uses for design.

Common questions

Does this expose our network?
No. The agent only sends data out, the way a browser loads a page. There is no inbound connection, no port to open and no VPN to maintain.
What happens if the connection drops?
The agent holds the readings it could not send and delivers them when the link is back. The plant carries on operating exactly as it does today.
How much work is it for the team?
Setting up the model and the mapping is done with us. After that the routine does not change: the shift fills in the same sheet, or the SCADA keeps running as it always has.
We do not have a model of the plant yet.
That is the usual starting point. The first model is built with your engineer during the pilot, and it stays yours: it is the same model you would use for design and for reports.
