Get your whole engineering team calculating the same way

Right now your team trades sizing spreadsheets by email. Nobody is certain which copy is current, and checking one means rebuilding it. In Voima the spreadsheet becomes a block on the flowsheet, next to the catalog, including water hammer. Every step is on screen, and two engineers running the same case get the same number.

Priced per team. We work it out with you.

This is what a calculation looks like

You draw the circuit, block by block, and Voima solves it. Change the pump and everything downstream updates. Nothing is hidden in a cell somebody wrote three years ago.

A pumping circuit, drawn in Voima

Three things we hear in almost every first conversation

If any of these sound like your week, this page is for you.

01

Which spreadsheet is the right one?

There are five copies of the pump sizing sheet on the network drive. Two of them carry a fix nobody wrote down. The most recent file is not the correct one, and finding that out costs somebody an afternoon.

02

Only one person knows how to run it

The method lives in somebody's head and in a file they built themselves. When they take leave, the calculation stops. Writing it down never happens, because there is always a deadline first.

03

Checking takes longer than calculating

Whoever reviews opens the sheet and sees a number in a cell. To trust it, they rebuild the whole thing. On a project with forty calculations, that is where the schedule goes.

Reports that show the arithmetic

Where a calculation carries its steps, you get the whole derivation, line by line, with the reference behind each method. That is what a reviewer needs and what a client will sign off on.

Step by step coverage is still growing across the catalog and is not on every block yet. Methods we license from partners show their inputs and results, but not the internals those partners own.

  • Exports without a quota. A free account gets three spreadsheet exports a month. A company account has no limit, in any of the formats.
  • Batch runs and generated documents. Point one model at a spreadsheet of cases and run all of them at once. Or fill a document template straight from the results.

What a company account adds

Everything in Voima Pro, plus what you need to run this across a department.

One workspace for the team

A shared folder tree that everyone on the team can open. Projects, notebooks and templates sit there instead of on somebody's laptop.

Rights per member

Decide what each person can do in that workspace: create, edit, delete, or run calculations. A junior can run the approved model without being able to change it.

See what gets used

A panel showing which calculations your team actually runs, and how often. Useful when you are deciding what to standardize next.

An API for your own systems

A REST API to read the catalog, list projects and run calculations from software you already have. Keys are scoped, so each integration gets only what it needs.

Your spreadsheet as a block

Drop the file on the diagram. It is a node: read a cell, write a cell, wire it to a pump or a water-hammer run. The catalog already has the hard parts. If a method should live in the catalog instead, we implement it as a private block only your account can see.

How we usually put this in place

We start with a pilot, then roll it out to the rest of the team.

01

A few weeks

Pilot

A few engineers on the team run real projects in Voima. We adjust what does not fit the way you work before anyone else starts using it.

02

Alongside the pilot

Standardize

We take the methods your team already trusts and turn them into shared templates and private blocks, so the approved calculation is also the one closest to hand.

03

Department wide

Roll out

Everyone else arrives to a library that is already full, permissions already set, and training built on your own projects instead of made up examples.

What your IT team will want to know

Short answers, so you can forward this instead of scheduling a meeting about it.

Where a calculation actually runs

Browser

Diagram and inputs. No calculation code here.

Inputs
Results only

Voima server

Isolated sandbox

Calculation code runs here and stays here.

Where do the calculations run?

On our servers, inside an isolated sandbox with no access to anything else on the machine. The calculation code never reaches the browser.

Who can see our projects?

Nobody outside your team. Our support staff reach your projects only through an authorization you issue yourself, which expires on its own and which you can revoke whenever you want.

Does it work in Portuguese?

All of it: interface, calculation methods, warnings and the reports it produces. Brazilian company, nota fiscal, support in your timezone.

What if we decide to leave?

Projects and reports come out as ordinary spreadsheet and document files whenever you want, with no limit on a company account.

Want to see it on one of your team's calculations?

Send a case you already run day to day. We will go through it together so you can decide if it fits.

We answer within one business day, with a proposal based on how many people will use it and which calculations you actually run.
