  • Sludge feed flow varies from 1 to 150 m³/h;
  • Concentration of solids in the sludge varies from 0.5% to 0.9%;
  • Concentration of the polymer solution to be applied to the densifier varies from 8 to 12 kg/ton s.s;
  • Dosage of polymer to be applied to the densifier varies from 0.05% to 0.5% w.p.
  • Desired solids concentration in the compaction varies from 2% to 3% s.s.

Dehydration operation limits

  • Decanter feed flow varies from 1 to 80 m³/h;
  • Concentration of solids in the decanter varies from 1% to 3%;
  • Dosage of polymer to be applied to the decanter varies from 8 to 12 kg/ton s.s;
  • Concentration of the polymer solution to be applied to the decanter varies from 0.05% to 0.5% w.p.
