Calculate water saturation temperature ($T_\text{sat}$) from absolute pressure ($P$), following the IAPWS-IF97 (Industrial Formulation 1997 for the Thermodynamic Properties of Water and Steam). The saturation temperature is the temperature at which liquid and vapor phases coexist in equilibrium at a given pressure.
Note: above the water critical point (≈ 220.64 bar), no saturation temperature exists.
